Problem has been bypassed by changing MPX-3132 with other MiniPCI-e card with ASM1061 (FG-MST02A) - it's works fine.
MPX-3132 incompatible with NUC, because use some reserved pins from MiniPCI-e for mSATA / 2nd line PCIe (IMHO).
