Since I assemble PCs (mainly for my needs) I prefer combination Intel processor + Intel MB cause I had impression that Intel guys know what they do. If I am not eager for overclocking why would I change to some other MBs brand, right?

Apparently, selecting from your last updated processor + motherboards based on socket is not sufficient so as customer I ended up with incompatible product = no ability to restart or put machine into sleep mode! not even saying about time being spent to find the root problem what also resulted in useless bios updates. I have doubt the store takes the product back due that reason.
Yes, please check compatibility site first, the lesson was learnt and you have one customer of your MBs less I guess
