The jumper setting set to "configure" was intended to get you past the bios password(s). Once in the bios, you can change those passwords, or clear them. Then, you need to put the jumper back to "normal". Now, look at section 1.4 on page 18 to make certain you have memory that matches the specifications defined on that page.
