Let me help you with this.

Since you are using the Wireless Display with the Android Smartphone means that the tv is ready to be used but it is necessary to turn the WiDi feature on from the customer using either the Miracast or Intel® WiDi Application.

 

It is also important tp check the computer specifications and make sure it does support WiDi. Here you can check the WiDi requirements:
