I'm sure that there is no mistake in the password - I receive an email from google to say that they prevent access from a suspicious device. I think it is related to how often the script tries to log into the account.

It would be helpful if you could try it, if you had time. You can download the python and arduino code on the website. There is no need for the screen as its printed in the serial com screen.

The problem is that I do not know how to modify the phyton script for 2-step authentication.
