OK PEOPLE THANK YOU ALL!!!
Turns out like you suggested that my external usb KG drive was the bad part. Changed to sata inside cd-rom an windows 7-64bit installed no problem so now everything is perfect and enjoying the Intel 520 SSD drive to the max.
I am so happy to have solved this... you can't imagine... so thanxs you all... i aprreciate the answers!!
Just for Information to all future Windows 7 64-bit installers on system with Intel motherboard DX58so2 and Intel HD SSD 520 240GB... put cd to book first then SSD... Channel the new ssd with the blue sata connectors as 6gb and change to AHCI in controller.
It worked flawless from an internal SATA drive. Amazing ! and i trashed intel... so sorry about that.!!!
It was only a bad installation because of External LG CD-Rom connected by USB. Strange.
Anyway now working perfect. Thanks again bye bye. IKA
